The best place to catch all the racing action is the Upper Soccer Field behind the flagpole. The athletes pass through this area four times during each race. This area is clearly marked on the Trail Map.

We discourage bringing pets to this event. If it is absolutely necessary to bring a pet, it must be leashed and owneres are responsible for clean up.

Unfortunately we cannot permit the use of generators or grills on our school grounds.

A full concession stand is available on site.

Directions to area restaurants and stores are available at the Volunteer Check-in booth.

 

Directions to Thetford Academy

Thetford Academy is located off Interstate 91 in Thetford, Vermont, 15 miles north of White River Jct., Vermont, the junction of I-89 and I-91.

Get off at Exit 14 of Interstate 91.

Turn west on Vermont Rt. 113, go up the hill about one mile, toward Thetford Hill (signs near the Interstate exit indicate "Vt. 113 West" and "Thetford Hill")

Turn left on Academy Road. Academy Road is just before a small green on the left and a big white church on the right. Continue 3/10 mile to the school on your right.

 

Parking at the Woods Trail Run

Bus and handicapped parking is available at the school.

Spectators should follow Directional Arrows on signs. 

Spectator parking areas are filled up starting near the school and moving away.  Directional Arrows change as areas are filled.

Volunteers are at intersections and parking areas to direct traffic and answer questions.
