Email rick@lancertiming.com to be added to the event on Direct Athletics.
Within a few hours
(depending upon the time of day), you will be notified by email that your team has been "invited" to add your entries to the 2023 Woods Trail Run. The email will include a link to the meet on Direct Athletics.
You will be allowed to enter as many entries per gender as you wish - no gender team limits this year.
Please make sure that you enter your athletes in their correct races based on their abilities.
You can enter your athletes at any time prior to the entry deadline and make any changes PRIOR to payment processing.
It is recommended that you get your entries in as soon as you have determined your rosters and equally important that you process the entry fee payment prior to the deadline.
Please note that the fees are ENTRY fees and not participation fees.
Online entries are due NO LATER than Tuesday - September 26th at 12:00 Noon.
