The FINAL BATTLENOTES are posted. Please check them carefully and e-mail or call me with updates either Saturday or Sunday before noon so that I have accurate Battlenotes to cross check.

Entries are due by tomorrow, Monday May 26, 2003 at noon. Don’t wait until the last minute.

The seeding meeting will take place on Tuesday evening May 27, 2003 at 7:00 PM at Londonderry High School. Remember that you must be at the meeting or your entries on DirectAthletics becomes final. There will be no scratching after the meeting or the athlete is scratched from the entire meet. When you do you entries for the meet I need you to enter relay names. These may change but the less I have to do the more chance there is that the kids names will be in the program.

I am going to say this several times. An athlete may be entered in only 4 events if they are all automatic qualifiers. If he/she is auto qualified in less then 4 events then they may be entered in a number of provisional events and you may wait until that night to see which events he/she makes it in. The night of the seeding meeting we will go in the following order. Field events as written on the league meet summary sheet. Running events in event order starting with the 110/100 hurdles. All declarations will be done from the automatic line up and then from the top provisional down until we fill the field to 18 or run out of athletes. All automatic qualified athletes will be in the meet.
