Reminder that all updates to the Battlenotes need to be done by this coming weekend. Call, e-mail or fax Amy with the corrections.

The class L seeding meeting will take place at Londonderry High School on Monday May 24^th at 7:00PM.

You need to be at the meeting to take part in the seeding process.

Entries for the Class meet are due by 11:59 PM on Friday May 21, 2004. After the entries have closed the NHIAA will be informed who has not entered and that school will be fined as per NHIAA rules. The entries will then be open again by 8:00 AM on Saturday until 12 NOON on Sunday May 23, 2004. There is no longer a procedure to call with updates to your entries. YOU MUST MAKE THE UPDATES ON DIRECTATHLETICS YOURSELF BY NOON ON SUNDAY MAY 23, 2004 OR THE ATHLETE WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE MEET NOR WILL THE TIME/DISTANCE BE UPDATED AT THE MEETING.

I would make sure that you have been on DirectAthletics way before the entry deadline to assure yourself that you will have no difficulty. Entries take a while on DirectAthletics especially around the time when the deadline is near. Allow yourself time to get everything entered.

Meets on the Friday and Saturday May 21 and May 22 must be sent to my fax number 623-3074 since I live close to Amy and I can get her the meets by Saturday night.
