Indoor Track State Meet Registration Information

1. State meet registration will take place-using DirectAthletics. The cut off date is February 1^st at 12 NOON. If you have an athlete that is not registered with DirectAthletics you must make sure that they are by the time you register your team.

2. There is to be no form submitted as entry of you team. Only entries through DirectAthletics will be accepted.

3. The Seeding Meeting will take place at Londonderry High School on Monday, February 2^nd at 5PM FOR I, M & S and 7PM for L. Only coaches that attend the Seeding Meeting will be able to make scratches to their entries and add entries if there is a need to fill the field.

4. To enter by DirectAthletics click on the class meet green register button. It then gives you a choice of entering by individual or by event. I have found that the individual entry is easier. But whatever method you choose to use have your entries organized in that format. Follow their directions, they are pretty clear. This process takes a while so make sure that you have time to complete your entries.

5. The relays are done from the same menu. Please enter you relay names as well so that they will be in the database. You will be given an opportunity to change relay names on Monday night.

6. Use the times and distances that are presented to you by the website. You can click the suggested mark (the one supplied by the computer from the times and distances done this winter) or the custom mark (which you supply if the suggested mark is not the correct mark). ALL TIMES MUST BE TO THE TENTH OF A SECOND. You can convert an automatic time by subtracting .24 seconds and then rounding up to the nearest 1 decimal place.

7. YOU MUST ENTER YOUR 4 X 160 TIME FOR THE 4 X 200 RELAY. WE ARE USING THE 4 X 160 TIME TO SEED THE EVENT.

6. Reminder: DirectAthletics will print you a copy of your entries. It is strongly suggested that you print a copy of your entries for you records.

7. YOU MUST UPDATE YOU ENTRIES AFTER THE MEETS THIS WEEKEND. There is no call in period to update your entries you must do it yourself by going back to the DirectAthletics website and clicking on the edit entries button. Double Click on the kid’s name to edit there.

8. DO NOT LEAVE YOU ENTRIES UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!
